Our Process

We have an initial meeting with prospective clients and identify strategic options for growth. Any business plans and strategy documents are considered and a scope of project is outlined. We then agree a mandate based on the scope, and agree the fee basis before starting work with the client. We work as a team with the company to pursue the growth deals for the company. In most cases the companies know the target client, but have problems negotiating the deal. We are independent and can therefore focus on the deal, rather than become clouded with the day to day business. We can also bring insights from other deals completed and international experience in completing intercompany negotiations.

Many of our mandates work best with a base fee plus a success fee for completion of the deal.
